Consumption per dwelling and energy price

Energy consumption per dwelling at EU level has been decreasing since 2010 (-1.6%/year), but at a low rate of 0.9%/year until 2021. It then declined very rapidly by 5.7%/year over 2021-2023, with the surge in energy prices.
